Said 28,000 on the radio but as usual that is the 'official' attendance. My daughter was there and she said apart from the South Stand the ground looked pretty empty.
I’m up in the PC and the South and East stands looked canny plus 3k Wolves, I cant comment on the West Stand but there was a few more than usual in the PC.
28452 was the official attendance, I’m sticking with that.

not when i went in tbh but she said it had been busy during the week
Hopefully with the transparency of the new owner he will actually announce how many we have sold so far.
I would set up a marketing team immediately and contact every ex season ticket holder and try and get them back.
In this division every single person who attends a match makes a difference

Well I've renewed and my dad and sister are getting their ST's back for next season. Plus a friend of mine whos been travelling around Australia this year will be back soon and she's getting hers back. So another 3 can be added to the count this week:cool:

How many season cards now? I reckon around the 22k mark
17,500 according to one poster who was speaking to the Don yesterday. I'd be disappponted if we didn't sell 24k by the time the season starts.
How many did we have this season?
17500k is pretty good going bearing in mind the takeover isn’t finalised and there’s no hurry to buy yet anyway. KTF

Around 24k? It's still early, but it would be great to get as many back at the SOL as possible. Not only would it be huge statement, but the increased revenue will really help the club

I agree mate and I think we will hit those numbers especially once there’s a plan in place

Hopefully mate. Next season a lot of our young players are going to be given a chance (something which we have all wanted for a while) and it would be great if they were getting suppport from a big crowd.
If yesterday crowd was owt to go by I can’t see there being a big dip in ticket sales. I also think the young squad will have enough to get promoted with a few experienced buys.

That's cracking that to be fair. One thing mind, I hope when it all goes through that they extend the cheaper price. Got mine at £310 but I believe from tomorrow that ticket would be £370, be a good gesture to reintroduce the lower price for a few weeks because lots will want to come back (mind it'd annoy anyone who paid £370 in the interim!)
