Get him in. He's absolutely revolutionised Lincoln, a club who were struggling and plays good football.

It's about time we we got a manager on the up and not on the decline.

The amount of names doing the rounds on this forum is crazy, on a scale never seen before. Keep them coming lads and lasses!

That's who I reckon it will be

I wouldn't be surprised. But if this is to be a 'new chapter' it'd be nice to see a young, fresh manager come in. Saying that, the new owners may want a trusted steadt hand until the hopefully get a bit momentum going etc

as has been seen with Heckingbottom at Leeds recently and plenty time in the past, managers doing really good jobs with small clubs are a huge gamble at bigger clubs. Its a completely different environment.

I think we need a massive personality at this stage, similar to the Keane appointment. The place needs a lift, the players need to be in awe. Im not sure an appointment of a decent lower league manager will do the trick.

Sounds canny, but Preston were playing good football when we took Grayson.

Danny Cowley is a manager on the up though, unlike Grayson, who I never felt was going to go any higher in his career.

Not being funny mate but we're a lower league club. I think he's a massively talented manager a bit like Eddie Howe 10 years ago. Someone will strike it gold with him while many will miss out.

We are now yeah. But we shouldn’t be for long.

Very good shout - I've got a mate who is a season ticket holder at Lincoln, and he speaks very highly about him - and it may well be we're playing them next season, having been four leagues apart at the beginning of last season
