Hardly an important position but I know there was a lady mag working in the Galleries club shop, quite possible she was the manager or at least management level.

Was trying to get a kid in a pushchair to say "Toon Toon" while they were buying a Sunderland kit. Was bizarre.

They're a very odd breed
 
When I was in recruitment loads of our marketing/sales/commercial staff were on CV library looking for jobs. Nearly all of them were from Newcastle and actually worked previously for NUFC. Some actually had that they support Newcastle.
Now I'm not judging these people however if I was of any importance at sunderland I would recruit MLF who have a passion for our club.
This was 4 years ago.

That comment is just shit pointless hatred against people from Newcastle. Don’t get me wrong there’s more of them worse than you. I just disagree with it as the region needs to be united not divided.

On a similar line, overheard a few stewards chatting pre match (Ipswich game in February) and were clear Mags, slating Sunderland and saying how St James’ was much better. Should have opened my mouth but didn’t want to risk getting thrown out (although in hindsight it wouldn’t have been a bad idea...).
