I'd have been there, but my youngest has a footy tournament for his Sunday Team Gosforth U10s team up at Haggerston and there is no way I'm missing another second of his or his big brother putting their heart and soul into every game they play to watch our disgraceful mercenaries slope about.

I hope the players get exactly what they deserve .... an empty stadium. Crowd 27k actual attendance 3k is what the club deserve. The players have got away far too lightly this season.

As I keep saying, the obsession with kids is stupid, thet will only take us further down. Admit it, you are desperate.
The likes of Gooch, Honeyman, Asoro and Maja have been better than the likes of McManaman, Cattermole, LuaLua, and Vaughan. Suggests its not the younguns taking us down.

Still not good enough. I forecast that those kids will not get us back up.
Obviously if we just lob them all in, it won't work, but with a few additions, the 4 mentioned above could play a part. They'll probably be sold though and we'll be relying on Nelson, Gamble, Embleton and Robson next season.

What do you mean?
If we play a team at Fulham of young players that will be here next season, I'll probably go to the Wolves match as it'll be the same. If it's just the loan signings that have gotten us into this mess I'll not bother.

A lot will depend on team selection for me. If Fletcher starts (or any of the loanees for that matter) then stopping in the pub. If the kids are given a run out, might have a look owa.
