All my years going to the match I have never seen this kind of thing on a match day.
Sounds like a made up story to me.
I've seen people bang on cars when they are trying to barge their way through a crowd, but a swarm of fans banging on a car with a young lass in it trying to topple it over....... ner I call bull shit.
Not a police officer in site then I take it.

Sounds like he needs to go to r/thathappened imo.

Like you do from this board when things aren't going well for you?

Just another spineless wum who only dares post on here when you're doing well.
To be fair I see the same mags posting on here win lose or draw.
I went missing for 2 months in October due to a ban for a still unknown reason but I still get on regardless of which team wins or loses and I see the same faces when I do.

There are Mags who post on here win, lose or draw and I have no beef with them. It's just the ones who's posting on here directly correlates to when you have the upper hand. They are nowhere to be seen when the shoe is on the other foot.

At least four of then banging on the car, then rocking it from side to side.

To be honest, I dont give a shit what you think.

Just hope a member of your family finds themselves in the same situation

Well i guess that sums it up.

Because you never saw it, must not have happened.

Let me assure you it did happen.

Four lads banging on the car, just before the lights out of the car park.

Daughter trying to made a right turn before the lights.

Then they started rocking it side to side.

I just hope you dont have a daughter who finds herself in a similar situation.

Of course if you never saw it, it couldnt have happened.

If you turn right coming out of Eldon Garden car park, there's an immediate dead end as you can't get onto Percy St. from there.

Back of Eldon Garden.

Morden St Parking.

Turn right up Leazes Lane, before the Leazes Park Road lights

Hmmm...Like the previous poster said, I’ve never seen anyone trying to tip a car over in all of the times over the just-under 30 years I’ve walked back to either a car or the metro after a game.

Sure there is a lot of dismay from people coming out as to why people would willingly drive cars through an area densely populated with pedestrians but there has been no show of aggression that I have ever seen. Even more odd that it’s immediately after what was a significant victory.

A cynic would suggest that this story wouldn’t have appeared had we lost yesterday.

I never said it couldn't have happened I said I don't believe you.
Did the police just stand and watch while they tried to roll the poor girls car over did they?

If you typing it makes it true then those 4 Sunderland fans that attacked my 80 yr old grandmother because her wheel chair was black with white wheels shows what a disgrace Sunderland fans are. They beat her black and blue with birch branches then stole her wheel chair, f***ing horrible bastards they are.

Pretty easy making this stories up mind.

If you have a daughter, I really really hope she never finds herself in a similar situation.

I don't need a daughter to hope that nobody, boy or girl, man or woman finds themselves in such a position. I think it would be appalling behavior from anyone doing such a thing.

Still don't believe you though, think you are making up porky pies, don't believe it happened.

If it did happen may I suggest you call the police and first ask them why the officers on site chose not to intervene and then ask them to look at the CCTV and identify the villains and make some arrests.
That's what I would do if it was my daughter.
Lots of cameras in the city center you know, it will all be on camera.

As it happens, this has been reported to the police.

Northumbria Police where very understanding, and have forwarded it to local policing.

It just a pity that people cannot go about their ordinary business on match days.

In future she is parking well away from St James.

I hope they respond in a fitting manner. Unlike Sunderland Police who went very quiet when asked how many NUFC fans they turned away at your Norwich game.

Its understanding that policing on match days is very difficult.

I'm to only to aware that due to numbers, they are stretched beyond capacity and cannot cover every area.

They were very understanding.

4 newcastle fans having a go at a lad who's daughters car was attacked because of the team they support.

hang your heads in shame.
