we change managers so often because every one we get have a decent couple of months then turn to dogshit. cant organise the team, cant motivate, tactically shit, cant change a game with subs. allardyce excepted, but he'd probably have turned to shit if he'd hung around.

Agree with this but I still think Coleman is a poor manager, his managerial record backs this up.

It is the biggest reason. Short trying to keep us in the Premier League has ultimately killed the club.
Replacing Managers with worse Managers.
It's only the last two that haven't really been backed. The others have somehow managed to replace players with worse players.
Look back at some of the players we've had since Bruce was here and we've had some spineless lazy feckers and others who think they're the dogs bollocks.

Worst thing is we haven’t sacked a manager who didn’t deserve it, but we have to let one at least have a chance to turn it around.
