That happens at the final game of the calendar year, not the final game of the season. It has done for years. We're playing Norwich, Norwich fans have organised it for one of our fans. I'll clap on Tuesday.

It's a new phenomenon that I just don't go along with this applauding on a certain minute. It's happening so often at stadiums up and down the country it's lost all it's meaning now. We already do something where the crowd can applaud together for all the fans we've lost throughout the year which I've always thought is a lovely touch.
If I can make it on Tuesday I'll be channelling all my energy into supporting the team without giving them the excuse of any distractions.
Once again RIP to the poor young lad and I just hope we can go out and get a result for him on Tuesday. That would mean more than anything.
