I think continued future success in the premiership will remain the preserve of London clubs and those around Manchester
Leicester were unable to maintain their success and i think there might rarely be occasional success for other 'leicesters' but they will be one offs.
Basically the super wealthy footballers mostly only want to live in London or Manchester area. Even Birmingham has not been able to maintain a constantly successful team in the times of the super rich footballer. Until the concentration of wealth in the country changes i think things will remain the same.
So yes i suspect we will have a 'better' time in the lower leagues.
