It wasn't a "loyal players XI" marra. If it was I would have chosen Frazier Campbell. He's probably the nearest we've had to a loyal striker in Catts' time here.

I would have also left out... well, all of the rest of the team barring JoS to be honest. Don't know why you're criticising the selection of Gyan in a team that also includes Pickford, Henderson, Sessegnon, Kaboul, Bardsley and Richardson.

I can't see the problem personally. He and his whole extended family will have been set for life because of that deal.
