It’s often used inappropriately by people with agendas but it’s daft to say it doesn’t happen. It’s human nature.
Organisations often have to deal with complaints of racial discrimination by people who have had a dispute with said organisation and have used their ethnicity to gain leverage. No company wants to be thought of as racist so they’re likely to back down.

I see it happened in the US - last time I was there they were very hard on anyone who tried to queue jump - doesn't matter who you are - you wait your turn (which is fair enough).

All I can see in that video is him getting short thrift off a member of the Bundespolizei doing his job, pushing him along whilst he was in an area he shouldn't be filming in. I can't see anything racist.
It would still be nice to hear what allegedly happened to start him filming, though.
