Nee bullshit razzmatazz and over hype like the IPL.

Watched a bit of this and enjoyed it so far. Some decent teams around and all pretty evenly matched. As ever with these tournaments don't mind who wins as long as that **** Pietersen doesn't win it. Will he ever fuck off for good? From all cricket and all tournaments?

I couldn't believe he was on commentary this winter, what pleased me most was the universal dislike for him and his commentary was completely apparent

Seems like most have finally accepted the bloke is a complete tosser.

I like that Ross Whitley, hits a massive ball

I like the look of Karachi King's. Not cos they won their first two matches.

They got quite a few English lads playing. Today we saw Joe Denly, ravi bopara and T Mills with Eoin Morgan in squad too. They also got Babar Azam, Mo Amir and Imad wasim.

That's exactly my thoughts too.

The games seem to be more balanced or should I say less batman friendly. With the bowlers having much more say in games.

Anyone seen that young 16 year old leggie? Looks about 10. Seems a decent bowler mind. Pakistan always seems to find bowlers on whims. Shame they got no batters.

Retiring after this tournament. Id like him to win as I know some of the Quetta brass.

That said - they reached the final last year, and he refused to travel to Lahore for the match. All the West Indian boys showed up for Peshawar and beat the piss out of KP-less Quetta. Would be a shame if he didn't try to go for it all on his last go.

Yeah me too. Sammy and the boys went against advice but were treated like heroes to a man. Hope there are more like them this year. About time we show some solidarity to the Pakistan cricketing fraternity.

Some really good matches this year, not the highest scoring but skilful non the less.

Sammy casually taking a selfie with a fan who stormed the field, when everyone was worried about terrorists was the ultimate in Carribbean cool. Great moment.

As for the non-high scoring but skillful -- that's Pakistani cricket, and it's rarely boring!

Another excellent low scoring match between Islamabad and Lahore earlier. Ended in a tie with Islamabad making 121-9 batting first and Lahore 121 ao with two balls remaining in the innings, Samit Patel with 3-17.. Islamabad won the super over. Rather watch that than a 400 run slog fest any day.

5 defeats from 5 for Lahore.

Islamabad could do with beating Karachi today

I dunno why lahores they haven't won. On paper they have an explosive team. Just not clicking

I'm the same mate. I've got this tournament on series link and watching them all. Really impressed with the bowling and fielding. The batters really have to work for their runs.

Multan face Karachi this morning, should be a close game.

Is that the one that was rained off? Was looking forward to that match up

Quetta, with Pietersen and Hampshite Kolpak Rossouw, can fuck off. Another good game mind. Think this is beginning to rival the Big Bash as my favourite franchise league. Another couple of years to allow the teams to get a proper identity, and hopefully a few more games in Pakistan in front of home crowds, and it may just go to no.1.
