There are 8 teams looking over their shoulders this season and we're above four others and have a decent centre forward at our disposal so I'm not too concerned.

Our fans have done exactly the same for years too. Hounding out Bruce was the worst thing we could have done. All clubs get sick of managers after a few years, it’s the modern way

I'm pretty concerned like, any 3 from the bottom half could go this season.
If we beat Bournemouth away I'll be quietly confident, as things stand I have everything crossed.

What is it with Sunderland fans and Rafa, we are punching well above our weight with a manager with his CV, If he hadn't of come to us, and you had brought him in after Moyes you would all have been delighted. The way some of you lads go on you would think we had someone like Tony Adams in charge.
the simple fact is our next manager will be of a lower caliber than Rafa, doesn't matter who it is, it's not like we will be going for Pep next, the next manager we get won't have a CV like Rafa's which is why we are keen for him to stay.

Does Ellis get any credit for your come back against Bristol?

Ashley gets stick for not delivering what he promises, Newcastle fans are annoyed with him for not backing Rafa as promised, we don't blame him for individual performances.
We are not the ones that go on about Rafa it's you lot.
