To be fair, the original message was supposed to be various insults towards Ashley and the Cockney Mafia, but they all stood in the wrong seats. Monkeys typewriters and Shakespeare and all that...
 
Surely when you come up the only target is to try and stay up, they seem happy to expect the likes of Brighton and Huddersfield to struggle yet they should be safe and sound in the top 10! It's not like they are cut adrift and are nailed on for relegation, there's at least 6 other teams in there so it's all in their hands and you would expect Silmani to score goals.

Ashley backed Rafa in the championship and also gave him a decent amount this window, no one forced Rafa to buy Manquillo or Joselu...infact I'd expect a world class boss to have better contacts in football than he's shown.

They'd have something to f***ing moan about if Ashley just pocketed the cash from all the transfers. He probably could have sold the club for 100 million less if he had tho

That's what I'm saying, you would think a world class manager would have enough contacts in football to not even consider the likes of those even at 3rd or 4th choice, but he did and then moaned about it after doing so.

The point is not how far down the list they were, but the fact that they were even on the list at all when he is such a great manager, with such amazing contacts. In what way, even if he was 203rd choice, could Manquillo have been considered worth signing? I have no idea who you had playing there last season, but they cannot possibly have been worse than Manquillo.

Because we needed a squad filler after Anita left.

He’s not exactly first choice like although I do agree he is dump but £5m or so gets you fuck all these days.

Where has this stuff about Rafa having an infinite number of contacts come from? Surely not another straw man being built?
