We are in bother but nothing we can’t get out of. We have been utter shite and are still a win away from getting out of it. See what January brings

I think if the words of nothing available for January is true then, unfortunately we are where we are, the players aren't good enough, we no longer have a supposed squad that should be higher than we are. And there's no team that looks beatable to us as we are so, relegation is inevitable barring a miraculous upturn in form, good luck Coleman.

Anyone else genuinely worried now?

Having seen a CM of Gibson Gooch and Honeyman, three individuals who are simply not good enough to play for this club and never will be, trying to knock the ball around in what can only be described as hopeless desperation, I have arrived at the conclusion that nothing is going to stop us quietly sliding into league one.

Coleman isn't getting any money to spend, Grabban has probably binned us off, John O'Shea will make his cameo move to Fulham or somewhere so as to not embarrass his glittering career achievements, Ndong will be away on loan to Dynamo Nepal or somewhere

We're dooooomed
Have been since the end of last season and seen nothing this season to change my mind.

Players like Vaughan, Gooch and Honeyman are playing to the level of their ability imo i.e f***ing shite

We’re fucked

Many on here were still talking about play off push after Coleman appointment and then Wolves & Fulham. That was idiocy but its also wrong to say relegation this year was/is inevitable. Will still be surprised if it happens.
Only a windup or a clown would think playoff

Gibson is fine but Gooch and Honeyman are way too lightweight.

We have to trust Short in thinking we will be 6th in the Prem very soon

How can you not be worried?

The job on is huge and I'm not sure Coleman is (or many managers would be) up to it. And that's no great slight on him.

Replacing Grabban's goals with nowt to spend...best of luck with that.

Yes, and for the first time. Although we were going down under Grayson things were so laughably bad that he was always going to be sacked if results didn't improve. I was worried that we would go down under McCoist, and although I still think Coleman is an excellent appointment, the new manager bounce has been and gone, we are back to having a bunch of undertalented, underperforming wankers on the pitch, and he has no money to spend in January.

For the first time (to me at least), this now feels like a real relegation scrap.

There’s no evidence to support an argument for us stopping up. Grabban, for all his other glaring faults, is the only goal scorer in the side and he mightn’t even be here this time next week.

We’re going down.

As long as the three other teams perform as poorly you’re always in with a shout.

Most times you lose none of the three other teams seem to capitalise. I reckon you couldn’t win again until the middle of April and still be in with a shout of surviving the other teams are so poor

Well that's alright then; what a wonderful time to be alive.

I seriously think that's been the (football) business acumen of Ellis Short for the last six years - it's okay to be shit as long as there are others equal or superior to us in their shitness

Maybe in the Premier League but there’s relatively little merit/media revenue difference between League One and The Championship. Your gate receipts should see you have a massive advantage should the worst happen.

I thought we were odds against up till now,I now think it's 50-50 at the moment. Spend nowt in Jan and it's odds on for me.
