Bob, you said there were 6 on the list, so I presume they talked to all 6. One turns you down you go for the other. Either way I find it incredible that this f***ing football club has lost 11 valuable days and counting, which could make a difference to get these under performing, unfit lazy bastards working
i dont think they have spoken to all parties in fact i know they have not spoke to one in particular, so i think its still ongoing

what a f***ing set of useless bastards we have in charge man. No f***ing urgency despite out plight, when will Short realise and firstly sack Bain, then sell up himself. These two are ruining my support for this club.

“The club has changed the goal posts” - heard that a lot over the past few years, the club don’t seem to learn from their mistakes.
It keeps happening. Our reputation in the game now is such that it's a wonder we even get to talk to the likes of Karanka in the first place. @MADBOB THE MAKEM will know how much our name is now dirt amongst managers.

We'll only be able to attract someone that is aware of the conditions but willing to risk whatever reputation they may have by working under them, as Grayson was. So, I'd say either a rookie or a lower league manager.

Mind, since everyone in the game knows what it's like here maybe a manager's reputation isn't significantly damaged by failing here. Moyes getting the West Ham gig is probably testament to that. It may be the one thing that works in our favour.

Yep, quite clear that Martin Bain doesn't have any idea about what to do. He's out of his depth and lost at sea. You just know we're going to end up with a disasterous appointment which makes no sense to anyone.

Chock full of facts and citing the pantheon of safc ITK.
Pulitzer prize in the mail no doubt

Pretty obvious to anyone really that any serious manager would rather eat his own foot before working for the jokers that run this club.

Clear to us for a long time, but the whole conscious world can now see that the club is a pure basket case and cannot go forward until it hits the bottom, which depressing destination is not yet even in sight.

Karanka! I laughed when I heard the rumour in all honesty, although I do believe they would have the chutzpah to approach him. You just can't imagine anyone like him putting up with manouvering here.

It's not even a corner shop mentality, nothing wrong with that you might say.
It's more the thinking you get from a bloke who used to run a decent business and now runs things from the back of a van. A van with no MOT.

Yep you get a clean slate, tea and sympathy regardless how shit you are.
