STOP TURNING UP. Only way to let them know.

I don't think it makes any difference money wise. Ticket sales mean nothiing these days but what it may make a difference to is showing people won't accept the current situation and how it would be reported in the media if they were playing to an empty stadium. We don't want alot winning a couple of games a year would be an improvement. It's not a case of going missing when things get hard. I was there for the two lowest point seasons but i cannot condone/support the current state of our club.

Ticket sales mean nothing in the PL. They mean a lot in the FL.
SAFC are skint. People have been made redundant since relegation from the PL......that’s basically a hint.
I wish posters would stop repeating shit like “ticket sales mean nothing these days” parrot style as if they think they’ve some source of secret knowledge or summit.

Not going may end up doing more for professional football on Wearside than going. No one knows for sure.

I don’t even buy a pie :)
No denying it’s easy at the moment it’s shit but me staying away will make no difference whatsoever. Ellis is hardly going to say to himself, “oh boy we are in trouble, janey and her dad aren’t there today”
One or two make no difference. One or two thousand ditto. Ten or twelve thousand.....

Doesn’t matter how many turn up. We are just not good enough
Point missed.

Most there today are the clubs true supporters- the ones when the shit hits the fan still turn up
The OPs last game was nearly 3 years ago
Says it all really
Point missed.

Interesting point of view.

If the love of your life, we’ll assume it’s your missus, broke your heart and let you down so many times, wasted all your hard earned cash and then became the biggest joke around.

What would you do ?

Stick with her or get her out of your life ?

Well, SAFC are trying to be the ex missus from hell

Another post telling people what they should do. And another post where I will say I respect the decision of those who have decided not to go, please respect the decision of those who have decided to continue to go
No

Absolutely mental. The crowds are already 50% lower than last season but if a few more stopped going the club would shit itself.

Dream on.

It’s not dying. It’s just badly ran on all levels. Football clubs don’t die, especially ones with 48500 stadia and 40000 crowds when thing are going averagely.

It feels like it’s dying. Don’t know about you, but as a Londoner detached from it a bit, it makes it easier. I was at the QPR home game and it’s so sad to watch. It hurts seeing something you love decay

Except for the bad publicity if absolutely no one turned up. Something to remember the Short regime for. At the end of the day it is your choice.

Can't see what difference less than 10 000 turning up would make, would the club act and starting spending money, doubt it,would the team improve, doubt it
I will keep going regardless of how crap we are
