I think many of the players on the pitch are struggling to get used to playing for such a big club with such big expectations and such a demanding crowd. The biggest issue that we have imho is that as usual the squad was not finalised till the end of the window rather than do what Cardiff did and had virtually all their players in before they came back after the break.....Grayson didnt have a clue what his squad would be, he assumed that Kone and Ndong would probs be gone for instance...How on earth do you plan when you have no idea who is going to be here and who isnt.......

Mark my words this team will not go down, it wont even be close and if we stick with Grayson then he will build the team like he did at Leeds and Preston and we will be looking at promotion pushes in future seasons. I have little doubt though that the knackers will hound him out sooner rather than later and will then turn on the new boss in a few weeks.....Be lucky not to end up with 3 managers this season as the baying mob get their way.
