It's absolute bollocks to claim all managers will be shite because of short. The 10 before the last 2 at least managed to string a few wins together and keep us in the premier league for 10 years.
It's just a lame excuse to say "it's short, not the manager". Is short in the dressing room and dugout overruling Grayson's tactics like?

Except this time, yes I think Grayson is shite.
Beyond the dealings behind the scenes, there's been enough evidence of his tactics and management on the pitch to prove it.
We've basically gradually declined every season since he bought us, it's not a coincidence.
The manager is irrelevant when working under Short, he won't sack Grayson regardless anyway, we can't afford it so it's pointless twisting about it
He probably is shite but so will be the next manager who has to work under Short, they always end up being shit

Grayson isn't going anywhere unless he decides to walk away himself. If he did go who in their right mind is going to come to this circus? The club is well known for hiring and getting rid of managers on top of not being backed in the transfer market. The only manager you will get is the lower league and that is not what we want although we maybe heading their yet so don't rule it out.

And other championship clubs are managing on similar budgets, just like other premier league clubs did much better than us last season on similar budgets or less.

Course he did, he got average teams performing at midtable, what I expected him to do here
