We could lose another generation of supporters like we did in the mid 90s if we dont improve soon. The club have to turn round our home form the matchday experience has been awful for years and you cant see it getting better quickly unfortuanately.

Their is nothing for the kids to come and support the club, most will end up supporting the top 6 sides or worse... Rafanation!. Cheers Ellis.

Credit to each and everyone who travelled to Everton tonight, but that must be one of our lowest turn outs for a competitive away fixture in many a year....

Just shows how pissed off people are as the last 2 away games have been poor turn outs by our standards.

Dark days indeed
Just wait till next Tuesday mate for an even lower turn out

A year ago today over 2k went to Loftus Road....
£6.70 a pop. Remember it well

We didn't lose a whole generation of supporters though did we?

Our average attendance in 1997/8 was our highest since 1965/6. It just took a decent side and some exciting football to get people back at the games.

It felt like there was more than that there, although the upper section and corner were fairly empty. Does that figure include the people who paid on the door?

Apparently that was the total amount of fans in the away end tonight.

There'll be a load up from London at Ipswich in Tuesday.

This. Southern Exiles will see that we clear 500 down there.

True good football is the best way to bring people back but we lost support over to the Mags in places like Durham because we were awful at a time when football had become fashionable and the Keegan bandwagon was in full swing. There are parallels with now.

Regarding home match days that is absolutely spot on.
I can't remember the last time we actually turned up at the SOL with any sense of anticipation or excitement.
Going to home games is simply a chore now.
The whole situation is a disgrace.
