Unbelievable, last season I was clinging to the idea that we'd be winning every week and the mags in a rafagation scrap. Reality is it's exactly the same as last season, them kernts winning and us bottom-feeding

We should be aiming for promotion, I don't buy into this we have a rubbish team. We are desperately short up front but it doesn't take much to score in the championship. Danny Graham got 11 this season.
I wouldn't pick Grayson, but if as people say he's a steady manager then, with the squad we should be able to put together then playoffs have to be the minimum expectation.
My biggest concern is that I don't believe he is the manager to get the fans back on side and excited again.

Sorry but you need to wake up, we haven't got a squad anywhere near good enough for the play offs, this season is about consolidation and the long haul back.

No, I'm claiming it's a good as most Championship squads. But some posters, on assessing the squad, are comparing it with a PL squad, under which comparison it would clearly be falling short. Hope that makes it clear.

The OP is right, we are a shambles. Grayson's tactics and formation are the main cause of the shambles. We don't have the players to play in those positions for that formation, the defense is all over the place. The weak link is quickly focused on by the opposition. Midfield completely over run and we have at attack that is very ineffective. Although relegation is a possibility it is way to early to start forecasting it. Many changes could come and go long before then, including Grayson.
