Rafa. He's still not happy

I don't think they'll ever turn on him. He is untouchable in the eyes of the mags. He could stay the full season, finish bottom and walk into the centre circle of St James' take a shit while waving a Sunderland flag and they'll still love him.
Don't be so sure, look at what happened to Sir Bobby Robson. I still agree with Reiver though, both scenarios are equally mouth watering

I'd like Benitez to stay just to watch them turn on him ....
..... but want him to leave for the meltdown.

It's a tough choice
Said this for ages I really can't decide which would be funnier.

Evening folks.
Why, the answer to this conundrum is easy surely.
He must stay and they must turn.
If he walks, it's all nasty Mr.Ashley's fault for not supporting him (90 million)
If he stays and fails that will be all together funnier.
Let's hope he stays long enough for a panic last minute replacement to be too late for a new manager bounce.
Newcastle United - relegated twice by King Rafa.
I honestly think I'd wet myself laughing :D

Trouble is mate, if he stays and fails again it'll still be Ashley's fault.

They're absolutely smitten with Benitez.

Cheap Jesus parlor trick that.

The real magic will be when he takes one sossidge rerl and turns it into 52,000 sossidge rerls...

This thread is taking on epic proportions... will be one for the ages... especially once he fuks off...
:lol::lol:

Watching them try and justify their love affair and squirming as they try not to back track as reality dawns would it has to be agreed amusing :)

It's extraordinary isn't it.

Yet the stupid fuckers go on now as though he is a club legend

The reality that they treat him like shit has been erased from there tiny minds

I remember after Shepherd sacked him a few games into the following season saying "5th place is not good enough for Newcastle United"
