It's because we have a team of pointers who love to point out a player in a better position than them to receive the ball instead of finding space themselves or having the ability to receive under pressure

A good pointer is never a good player. It's what holds Henderson back aswell at the top level by the way good player though he is. Lacks confidence in his own ability
