Just for you now, I'll spell it out. Ashley, the owner of NUFC, won't fall into the trap of having to compensate one the employees of NUFC again. He will likely use different management games with his employees stopping short of actually breaching their rights. Thereby not falling for it again. It being the case brought about by Kevin Keegan, the then manager of NUFC.
