Do you think its too late for us to try and poach Grayson from you lot? I'm getting sick and tired of having a champions league winning manager in charge of us.
You should never, ever get sick and tired. After all you know how quickly things change. Always bear in mind your club is the club that keeps on giving

Can you give examples of how I've set out to wind someone up?

I could if I was prepared to go through post after post of endless pontification and bluster, I'm not.

If I did post examples you'd only debate each tiny nuance and grammatical glitch...... or claim you were posting 'ironically' which seems to be the default Mag excuse on here.

Cool, that's that then.

Thinking of his family when taking a job on, what an arsehole.

I wasn't suggesting it was a bad thing.

He has said about living closer to his family (on Merseyside) being a big factor in moving to Newcastle and I think if another Premier League club came in for him he wouldn't think twice about moving.
Obviously not every club (Huddersfield, Burnley etc).

Genuine question for you, is the constant threat of him leaving a concern?

He is 1 year into a 3 year contract and he has already come out 3 times (IIRC) to state he has decided to stay.

No because you said that was a new one as if it was completely not true at all. I said it was one of the reasons not the singular reason.
...

The first person said "It seems he is using them to just stay close to his family." clearly implying that is the only reason, hence the use of the word "just" and by saying "using them".

I noted it was a new one to suggest the only reason Benitez is at Newcastle is to be close to his family. The usual themes on here are "no other options", "huge salary" and so on.

I think you've just misunderstood my post.

It's obviously not the only reason but he has spoken about it on a few occasions so it is one of the reasons and judging by his comments I think it's a big reason for him.

He'll only leave of his own volition if Ashley reneges on what was agreed last (and again, this) summer.

The main concern is Ashley reverting to type and reigning in the 'ambition' of the club.

If the latter happens, the former will follow. It's all in Ashley's hands.
