Always so angry, are you an adult? Yes, yes im a mag you have been through that old bollocks a thousand times now you deluded and paranoid fucker.

What really is sad is that 'Sunderland fans' like yourself care more about Newcastle than Newcastle fans do. Get over it man - not all of us mlfs have to be foaming at the mouth about the mags every single day of our lives, life is too short.
Says a mag called KingMackem on Sunderland message board.

It is cos you pathetic and obvious Mag tossers love it here. No one is paranoid, we just know exactly what you sad sack identikit wankers are about.

We have seen the like of you, countless times.

And sadly always the same tedious drivel, easier to spot than an elephant in a phone box.

Do you think with your current squad you can finish mid table?

Speaking with a mag mate yesterday left me dumbfounded at his optimism for the upcoming season. Apparently you will easily finish mid table as you have loads of prem players. One of which is Rolando Aarons, who he went on to say will be better than raheem sterling.
With the squad we have now? No, not even close. But I don't expect us to have this squad by the time the window shuts.

Seems like your mate is on the wind-up or an idiot.

A lot of work to do with time and players running out.

At minute your defense will concede loads and your attack is limp.

He needs to either sign a left back another centre half and centre midfielder.

Or

A decent winger number 10 and striker. As this is most expensive option I dont see you signing quality for these positions.

You'd have thought a manager like Benitez would've had signings lined up. After all it was obvious, for quite some time, that Newcastle would go up and would be able to offer PL football ...... they've had ages to bring players in and, as importantly ship them out, but its like they're in some weird limbo.

Something isn't right at that club.

It's as clear as day something isn't right, and shipping out players is a struggle as we predicted it would be.

Its almost as if they overpaid a load of average footballers and now cant shift them.

My mates been telling me how theyll get rid easy Murphys still there probablys the easiest one to shift

Few clubs are making big strides in the window to be fair.

I think our defence will look much better once we replace Dummett. But it would be daft to think we can afford/attract a brand new back line of top class defenders this season.

We're pursuing Murphy from Norwich who is another pacy wide man which will give us Aarons, Atsu, Murphy and Ritchie on the flanks which should be enough for our modest ambitions this season.

Imo Ashley needs to put a rocket under Charnley as it's the Penfold looking motherfucker that's slowing things down.

Centre back (Lejeune), Left Back, Centre Mid, Winger (Atsu & Murphy), Striker would be an ok window and achievable in the coming 6 and a bit weeks.

I don't expect a #10 to be signed this season because, like you say, they're one of the more expensive options and we have 3 #10s at the club at the minute (de Jong, Diame, Perez), none of whom we're likely to get a lot of money for and all of whom the moneymen will fancy gambling on in the Premier League. ( I wouldn't pick any of them as a starter and only Perez as an option from the bench fwiw).

I'd expect the striking situation to be addressed with a loan signing because it's inordinately expensive to buy an actual proven goal scorer for the top flight and even then it's still a gamble. Mind you, Gayle is decent and I still think he'll get double figures if we ensure there's a reliable supply.

Few clubs are newly promoted. They have less signings to make.

When we were linked with Murphy your fans wanted 1m fee and wages in full.

Since then weve signed a similar player for 1m who is younger. Boro have spent 9m on a striker from France. The fact is you will lose money on these players and I think NUFCs being stubborn to break even on players your destined to make a loss on is holding you back

I don't think purchases are dependant on sales .... but the wage bill will worry Ashley.

That's what crippled us.
I think they will to an extent, he was told he could spend what was generated, so far in sales he's generated nothing. So that combined with the wage bill will be a factor I think. And definitely what caused our situation

Agreed. Time to give Grayson the time to rebuild over the next few seasons

Fuck off, coward. That's a lot of smilies for a little bitch who was too scared to log on for a year.

We need to play catch up, for sure, but I think Sunderland fans think the gap between top of the Championship and safety in the Premier League is bigger than it actually is. I keep going back to it, but Burnley didn't make wholesale changes to their first team squad and were ok. If the gap was as big as is made out by some on here, you'd expect every newly promoted sides to need to spend £100m on their squad or go straight back down. But that just doesn't happen.

re: Murphy I think £1m isn't ridiculous for a proven Championship striker in this daft market. That said, I think it's more likely we'll stick him out on loan or sell him for <£1m.

I honestly think Charnley and this new "lieutenant" Ashley has brought in are trying to argue every point of a contract which is why a straightforward transfer was drawn out. Lejeune had an affordable release clause, so why was the transfer drawn out? We want Murphy, he wants to join us (according to quotes from journalists), and he would be available for c£12-15m. Yet it's been rumbling on for a week now and I'm convinced it's because they're demanding £16m and Charnley is increasing our bid a f***ing penny at a time.

Ha ha this tickled me - we never give any fukker time to rebuild man - watch this place after an ordinary start that sees us sitting 10th by Christmas - you know the rest as night follows day.
:lol: it was worth a try

The burnley comparisons a stupid one
Burnley came up spent a tiny bit went down then spent about 20m to come back up. Dyche signed players like Keane and Gray who made step up. Your side is based on players who have flopped in the premier league

Murphys 33 and one injury away from retirement on big money
