f***ing hell. Look at this dafty 'chomping' away first thing.

Making up shit again, like that time he claimed he knew someone that knew me. 'Keith'

Only apologised when I offered to leave here forever if he could give me my full name on here which I explicitly gave him permission to do (seems like an open goal to me). Absolute bullshitter.
As sure as eggs are eggs this clown turns up!

This is the numpty who had to apologise for falsely claiming on a public forum I took the piss out of his dead relative, doesn't get much lower than that.

As for my apology, you've got your story mixed up again, I said and did apologise when the person said he was incorrect, nothing to do with what you said, keep trying though rat boy.

Reckoned he'd call me a **** to my face but couldn't back that claim up, got to love the cowardly mags.

Oh, now I remember why I stopped bothering to reply to you.

You've this weird thing where you're dead angry all the time, you make odd accusations and are entirely incapable of a reasoned, reasonable conversation.

B'bye Zig, try to have a better day.
If you can show me anger Ian then you'd have a point, it's just a case of laughing at you obsessed clowns, nothing more, nothing less.

He didn't sign any of those players. He spent £55m building a squad that could win the Championship. Which means signing squad players for that league, squad players who won't be fit for purpose in the league above. Why do you keep ignoring this crucial point?

How are you going to get rid of 15 well paid players?

I pushed you relentlessly before you finally gave up your little act, man. As if you'd do it off your own volition

You kept this shit up for months.

Nice 'chomp' btw. Again. You're so f***ing easy.

Sure and don't get me wrong, it is a concern that players like Murphy are still on our books. I suppose the biggest difference is that we can afford to swallow their wages longer than most clubs, because of our financial situation. And because of our financial situation we can bring in players who'll be ahead of them in the pecking order meaning we can legitimately threaten to not even register them as part of our squad.

As it stands we've 3-4 players that should definitely not feature for us in the Premier League, but those players are, imo, attractive enough to other clubs. Murphy is a 34yr old who can still "do a job" for teams in the Championship and a team like Birmingham would benefit from his experience. Hanley is a good defender at that level and will likely attract bids, even if we cover a portion of his wages, selling him to Shef Wed would significantly improve them and significantly save us money.

Sorry missed this, see above.

It's definitely an issue, but less for us because we're pretty healthy on the financial side.
Apologies if I'm confusing this with last season but did Ashley not state that he could spend what he generated? Just he won't generate much with the players available for sale the big money sales went last summer. As I say apologies if I've got confused

Not sure we need to get rid of 15, but looking at the players we brought in last summer;

Sels is already attracting interest, even if it is just a loan deal. That'll take his wages off our books if nothing else.
Gamez' contract is up so off he pops.
Hanley is attracting interest from Villa, Birmingham and Shef Wed. The first two can afford his fee (c£5m) and his wages comfortably.
Clark will play in the Premier League.
Lazaar's an odd one, barely featured, but apparently that was as much to do with his failure to pick up the language as anything else. Doubt we'll shift him and would be surprised to see him feature.
Ritchie will play in the Premier League
Hayden will play in the Premier League
Atsu will play in the Premier League
Diame might play for us, if not he'll be tricky to shift due to his wages and average performances. That said, he's a player that can be vital on his day. Someone might fancy gambling on him. Dunno...
Murphy will go to a Championship side without much fuss
Gayle will play for us in the Premier League

One of his biggest challenges will be getting rid of those not fit for purpose.
Aye ,he spent a fortune in recruitment on average players last season and the odd sprinkling of player in between the bottom EPL and top Championship.. There was a reason that CP got rid of Gayle and the same at Bournemouth with Ritchie.
The weirdest buy for me was Yedlin. I still cant get my head around that one, maybe a squad player but not a regular...

No chance of 5m for Hanley, he's dreadful

Hayden, Atsu and Gayle arent good enough. Well, perhaps Atsu is one game in ten

Good luck with your plan, you will need it

Spend what he generated from sales and competitions. It's not clear if "what he generated" includes the money we're getting from the Premier League, or just from the Championship. He's got £30m in his pocket thanks to last Summer's deals. I reckon we'll make another £30m+ this summer by selling the likes of Saivet, De Jong, Hanley, Murphy etc. If we also sell players around the 1st team like Mitrovic, in this market we could get £20m for him alone.

fwiw I'm not saying Mitrovic is the best striker ever, or that his performances would put him in that bracket in previous windows, just that the market is bonkers so what we think a player is "worth" is probably way below his market value.

Fair enough

Hanley in this market will probably get more than £5m.

Hayden is young, but he's got bags of potential, I imagine I watched him a lot more than you did and he's certainly good enough for the bottom of the Premier League.

Gayle is probably good enough for around 10 goals next season, which is, again, good enough for the bottom half of the Premier League.

Agree about Atsu, he's a Match of the Day player. Turns it on 1 game in 5, if he could become more consistent, he'd be a hugely important supply for us.

Typical reply, can't think of anything new to say so fall into the default of copying what I say.

All I need to do is post and you're all over it, you simply can't help yourself from chomping away.

Fancy wrongly accusing someone of taking the piss out of the dead, doesn't he much lower than that, coward.

Sels already went on loan?

7 Mar 2017 - Newcastle United completed the signing of Jesus Gamez from Atletico Madrid on Friday. The 31-year-old full-back signed an initial two-year contract at St James’ Park and spoke of his desire to help Newcastle’s ‘project’ upon signing. ..

Wasn't sure if that had gone through yet. But there you go, another player off our wages.

Huh, was convinced it was a one year deal. In that case we'll need to shift him, although I doubt he's on prohibitively large wages and at his age will likely be open to a pay-cut if there are guarantees of game time.

Misinterpreting what someone said (then subsequently apologising for doing it) versus lying consistently for months over a raft of subjects (not just about me)?

Your moral compass is fucked

You and the other little followers I've got are a f***ing delight. Of course by delight I mean just a bunch of weirdos who just say random shit of no significance.

Mental.

Followers? You certainly think you're something you clearly aren't.

Claiming to have a young family but living your life on a Sunderland forum, doesn't get much more weird then making up a pretend family.

You're a typical cowardly mag, all fart and no shite, give it big licks on the internet but no courage to back it up when pressed.

You're a gift, you chomp away on every thread. Fancy telling the forum you mainly post on mag threads when you clearly don't.

Chomp away rat boy, you're so easy.
