Good appointment.

11th two seasons in a row with a combined spend of less than £2m. Solid experience at this level. Has worked successfully with several dysfunctional boards. Wants the job and will feel like he has won the lottery when he sees our facilities and ground.

He is what we need IMO.

Im actually really happy with this appointment, completely different character to Moyes. I dont think any of these players will intimidate him. My only reservations are what he is going to be like in the transfer market
