Not keen on it mesel, but if what's inside it can do the business then I'll learn to live with it.

It looks shit like. What is all this going back to the 1920's like, will we be playing 9 strikers next? Shirts were garbage back then, hence every team has moved on.

I read somewhere it was going to be a pinstripe design and I thought oh no not that shite again, so was surprised when I saw it and relieved.

It's canny I think. A decent addition to the genre.

 the back is not very exciting though:rolleyes:

Would you believe the Football League rules on shirt designs stretches to 24 pages!!! It states that the numbers must be clearly visible so that's probably the reason for the back being a solid colour

Which is why I find it bizarre replica shirts have to also have a plain back. Not like we are pro footballers.

FWIW would have looked much better in white, or with stripes up to the mid back.

Surely the club have delivered giving its fans something else to f***ing twist about?

I've never known a set of fans to botch and moan about everything from strips to bloody chicken shops inside the ground!!!

Add it to the list of things that is currently f***ing hideous about the football club

It would have looked even better without a £49.99 price ticket. Mind you it's growing on me.

it is certainly the rule numbers must be clearly visible but most teams have opted for a white square instead.

I think shirts with those squares on the back look shit unless you add a name or number, would prefer full stripes on the back but if not then a plain back is better IMO.
