My point exactly, yet another clueless prick on here!! Defoe is a class player and has never stopped trying. Unfortunately rest of the team is shite. Oh and I have never licked the arse of the top brass
 
Who are these people ? He's been class for us we've been lucky to be able to get someone of his level through the door and keep him here for so long. Fair enough he has been different towards the end of the season but getting relegated has to play a part. All the best to him.

He's been sulking for months.

One of the best strikers in our history? Don't make me laugh. He has scored 34 goals in two and a bit years. By my reckoning, he is in 50th place in our all time top goalscorers.

Because he is, if he had been here longer and in a better side would of scored a lot more. You just have to watch him to see he's a class act. You put any other striker in that shit team and see how many they score!!

So you're rating him as one of the best strikers in our history on the basis of things he never did in a team he never played in?

Honestly - read up on your club's history. It's great, full of great players, great achievements, great stories, not many of which involved agreeing to see out your contract only if you got a pay rise plus the ability to fuck off for nothing if the team got relegated.
