Watmore may well have been in the first team, but he's still a young player. That was the point Moyes was making

We won't get promoted next season. Not with Moyes or our clueless owners.
The atmosphere will be horrible and depressing right through pre-season and into next.

Your definitely one of them who thinks loving & supporting a football clubs just means you must support whoevers there, 'keep the faith,' hates 'mag behaviour' etc

I guess I must love the club more than you, as I don't want to see it die before me and would actually like to see something done before its too late

:lol::lol::lol: You've defended Moyes, you are happy he is staying, he has a win ratio of 18%, 21 points on the board, have been beaten twice by Boro, have scored two goals in how many games, just lost to Bournemouth at home, have 5 wins all season, yet I'm a moron. You couldn't make it up

Essentially Short won't sack him as we can't afford it and Moyes knows he'll not get a job at another decent club. So we're lumbered with the useless get.

I'm waiting for the Lescott offered a contract extension story to break now.....
 
This is just delaying the inevitable. Unless we go on the mother of all runs of fom early next season Moyes will get dogs abuse. Imagine losing at home to say Burton in early September - we're just wasting another five or six months and another transfer window.
