Great fight actually. Swung both ways and despite what history seems to now state it was a lot more entertaining than Fury's bout.

Not taking anything away from AJ but he got a little lucky when he was on his arse imho. Wlad has always been a little punch shy and in reality from Round 6 to 7 he should really have put AJ to bed

I agree. But it was 1-2 rounds in it. And the first 4 were very close

Wlad was superb tonight tbf, never seen him move as well for years and it spooked Joshua. He'll regret letting rounds 7 and 8 pass him by IMO - Joshua looked fucked at that point but was allowed regroup. Maybe Wlad just didn't quite have the gas to finish it, he is 41 after all. Joshua also deserves a lot of credit for coming back and winning that, took some bottle and there's no doubting his power. He's no Mike Tyson but he's the most exciting thing heavyweight boxing has seen for a while. Best heavyweight fight I've seen for a long time that, great stuff.

Yep. Very entertaining. AJ got his second wind from somewhere and that was the difference. Two good fighters in there and a good and fair result.
