That's what they spent the year they were relegated? They've now got a weaker team.

It'll be interesting to see what they can do this summer because we've all seen first and what happens when you fill your squad up with players that aren't good enough. They've got 2/3/4 Premier League players imo. However, Leicester have shown twice now, if you play o the strengths of individuals, you can get the bed out of players not considered to be owt flash

Why do the Mags think that Ashley will gave Rafa money? He's had numerous managers in since he took charge of NUFC, not a single one has been happy under him. He cost-cuts and does what he wants.

There is no way he'll stick around with this squad. Overrated fat fuck anyway. Ruined the best team in europe in inter, spent a fortune to win a coppa italia with napoli and they had the white hankies out at madrid after about 3 months of watching his dirge.

The man who tried to get rid of xabi alonso for gareth barry (admittedly a fine career but still) and then did for alberto aquilani.

Throw in the millions he blew at Liverpool and you don't have a lot, well a Champions League win, but even that was from the gods.
 
I'd laugh my tits off tbh. Not 100% out of the question. Mike Ashley clearly has a particular way of running the club. Which won't involve replacing all the deadweight like Murphy, Hanley and colback etc until they are sold. Who the fuck is gonna sign them? (*tells David moyes to put his hand down*)

Not sure it's a good thing tbh. He's been pretty poor for them and could easily turn out to be gash.

Relegated last season (despite plenty of opportunities to stay up - they played us, Norwich and villa and took 2 points!). Second this season and about 400 home defeats, despite buying half the league.
