Protest At The Man United Game

For me the Mags get too-uppity about protests and we are too passive about standing up for ourselves. We both need to get the balance right.

I said the other day, they're usually embarrassingly done and really really cringey but the principle behind them is usually fair enough.

As fans we put up with far too much shite I think. You see the attitude on here "Im sure Ellis Short will be bothered" "Protesting changes nothing"

Things like that pick up pace. If more and more people get behind it and stop going, the media notice the campaign and suddenly you might start getting somewhere.

Far more than the mags have ever had to put up with as well.

It was just gone midnight you clown

I won't be protesting and Gipetto said he has no intention of protesting either.

Ironically you remind me of Sunderland .... desperate to score points and failing miserably.
Work all day then it's the serious business of putting the hard yards in on here!
Bashing away at your keyboard over a protest that you'll be 100s of miles away from. I doubt your stream will pan round to the Murray gates so I wouldn't worry yourself!

Agreed. I find it strange that people fear that if we protest we'll suddenly have funerals and resurrections. The reason the mags do that is because they're freaks, not because they're protesting :lol:

I'll do a periscope for him

Agreed mate. Only 500 people been invited and 100 of those are attending or interested. Not a bad % like, but even if there were 20,000 saying they were attending some people on here would have a snipe at it like.

The elite?

Were you invited ..... as someone who's so desperate to be seen as the organiser of a protest it's only fair.

The fringe have left it late, we are just about down.
Yes but there's a hell of a lot needs doing next season or we won't be anywhere near coming back up. Does anyone on here trust Short and Moyes to get us back up? Because as things stand, that's what we're facing next year.

Laughing at internet clowns isn't hard ....... takes a few seconds to type unless you're a 1 fingered tongue out dullard.

I see you're latching on to yet another poster despite not agreeing with them or being part of their 'cause'.

You won't be there on Sunday and you certainly won't be protesting ...... you were deriding football supporters for doing just that the other day.

Your hypocrisy is boundless.

Will have to judge him next year.

You tell them Gipetto. There's some thick fuckers on here ;)

Both of the daft buggers are desperate to be the one who started the 'protest' ..... come Monday they'll be desperate to distance themselves from it

Yep, if only we'd all listed to Haway ..... this could've all been avoided

Yes and as you say financially it's never been so desperate. The club need to come clean about things like this alleged pay-off to Byrne. They're accountable to us.

Morally, perhaps. Legally, the directors are accountable only to the shareholders. The club's sole shareholder is Drumaville Limited. If there has been a pay-off to Byrne, it will be in the next accounts for all the world to see, as it's a disclosure requirement under the Companies Act.
