The clubs in debt to a company to the tune of 100 million, if it ALL isn't paid off in a couple of years or so that company will own 20% of us on top of what is remaining of the debt to them or so I was told after a meeting involving fans, Bain, Moyes and Short himself

So has short sold on his personal loans to the club ???

I'm not entirely convinced he ever gave the club that much in loans himself. We've just got a massive debt with a loan company after consolidating by the sounds of it although I don't actually have a clue

I know, all I've been told is we have a massive debt most of which (100 million) is to one company. Exactly how that debt came about and how much of the loan is owed to Short is a complete unknown.
It's the security benefit corporation or something

The question is when was this debt transferred and from which creditors

Thought because we played ffp like good boys ...this wasn't supposed to happen

Which he is totally and legally entitled to do.
People can bleat all they like but after drumaville ran off leaving a mountain of debt they couldnt afford to pay, we were goosed.
We wer headed the way of leeds , pompey etc.
Instead we have remained in pl due entirely to his generosity and largesse.
Having pin head managers at the helm is his problem but he has supported them all over and above what could reasonably be expected.
Unfortunately he has gone and hired another prize pinhead.
Dont blame him for wanting out.
He has already in essence written off over 60m from the keane profligacy by capitalizing the debt into shares.
He'll never get that back as right now moyes is making the club a bigger basket case than it was .
If bsa ( a proper manager ) had remained short probably would have got his money back.
Moyes the magician of misery and managerial mayhem has ruined that.

FFS man ! A thread about our debt and how Short has structured it and you still find a way to have a pop at Moyes. You are one sad, obsessed fuckwit

Possibly the worst post I've ever seen on the SMB
