We sent you down and beat you six times on the trot, leading you to.riot and a punch a.horse as well as everything else in between.
We all know only one side is fuming.

How do you think Rafa would have faired against an up for it Liverpool with the potential to go top of the (Premier) league, when you can't even beat Blackburn and the most expensive PL squad ever to be relegated couldn't beat us, Villa or Norwich with that clueless fucker at the helm?

Your club is shit beyond belief.
Keep clutching those straws, sad sack.

How do I think Rafa's championship Newcastle would fare against Klopp's Premier League side? Dunno, probably lose, but so far we've been the favourite in every game, so it's hard to gauge how Benitez would set us up against a side so much better than us in every department. You managed a point despite seeing fuck all of the ball, so we might be able to do that too. Probably not though.

End of the day we're on course to achieve our aims for the season, so we are on the whole, pretty happy.

Happy with the amount he spent, and the players brought in? You'll have a lot of work to do in the summer if you do go up. A squad of over 30 players, you'll need to hope he can shift a dozen of them to create space for the quality required.

Why are Sky keep on going on like the mags were robbed ? 5 on target from 25 shots is pretty shit shooting how many of the 20 off target shots were well high and wide ?

He spent less than he recouped, so the sums didn't bother me, especially as they're clearly with one thing in mind; promotion. Hence spending £5m on an experienced Championship centreback in case Lascelles and Mbemba aren't up to the challenge. If he'd put us in financial danger through his spending, I may have had concerns, but he hasn't. It's like if you win £200 on the horses you don't mind splashing out buttons on an extra portion of poppadoms that you might not even want.

I dunno how you think we'll have a squad over 30 players? We'll be getting shot of Tiote in this window (most likely) and we'll be selling those players who're already out on loan. Our squad is no bigger than the majority of sides and there's no way we need to sell 12 players. Burnley haven't and look where they are, Boro spent £21m to bring in 11, Hull spent £22m to bring in 7.

We could spent £30m and even then we'd only have broken even thanks to the monies recieved for Sissoko et al. As I said, we'll be selling Tiote, Saivet, Thauvin*, probably de Jong, Vuckic, and maybe Toney as well, which could mean another £15m on top of the £85m we made in the summer.

We're in a solid financial state and were we to go up I'm confident that Benitez would be supported in the transfer window to make sure we stay up. Even though the consensus on here is that there'll need to be an overhaul, it's frankly not true.

'Solid financial state'

NUFC's debt remained £129m (in the form of Mike Ashley's interest-free loan) – none the of the debt has been repaid to Mike Ashley.

:D

Right, so all of our debt is to our owner, in the form of an interest free loan. We remain one of the richest clubs on the planet despite two relegations in 7 years. When you stack our finances up against all of the Championship, most of the Premier LEague, we're in a healthier state.

He's only being 'kind' to you so he doesn't lose what he's owed because the dopey twat didn't do due diligence.

Your arseholes who sent him and his family death threats won't be forgotten when the time is appropriate for him to call the debt in.

You won't be laughing then.

I think 85 points is biggest total to fail to go up automatically from division 2 since it went to a 46 game season.
So we need 34 more points to make sure of it. (Might require more, but generally speaking 86 will make sure of it.)
So reading need to get 40 points to get that, whilst still getting 6 more points than our final total.
That's incorrect.

You actually took the time to type all that out. How sweet.

To be fair, Mike Ashley is renowned for his kindness  He's running us as a business and it's a business that on the financial side of things is doing better than the majority of football clubs. The club owes him money and he'll get that money back when we're sold. Until then what's the point in recouping it? It's not costing him anything, and it's not troubling Newcastle United either.

If Ashley wanted to fuck us over he could simply have denied Pardew, McClaren and Benitez any funds to invest. He could have sold all our assets when we were relegated (either of the 2 relegations he oversaw), and so on and so forth. Hoping that our owner is some machiavellian Moriarty figure is wishful thinking.

He's a fat ****, he's fucked around with the club I love, he's made terrible decisions in the boardroom, but the club is financially hale and healthy.

I am going to have to be honest with you, I am a little bit disappointed in the dayshift on here, all you ever go on about is 6 in a row, we sent you down, spent 50 million. All things consigned to history, but the fact that you keep bringing them up ad nauseam (that's latin btw) its clear that you think people care. I for one don't, so please carry on carrying on.

Both marra.
Depends how we're feeling ;)

tbf like, the main reason for this is because of the banter between fans of rival clubs.
If no mags came on here, these threads would pretty much die out, and certainly wouldn't get many responses.
Not that I'm complaining like, I quite like a few of these threads , apart from a minority of posts which are abusive just because we support different football teams.

hold on just hold the fuck on. Someone is talking sense here, stop the world I want to get off. Keep it up, although you may get ostracized for colluding with the enemy.
