I haven't watched you this season so i dont know, but is he a big player for you lot then? I'm shocked at how many goals Gayle has scored, but he has found his level i suppose. Ritchie always seemed a canny player, but the wheels do seem to have come off the spanish rollercoaster at the minute. Can't see you not finishing top 2, but it get's a bit more squeaky bum time when the points lead dwindles
I think theyve lost a big lead once before.....something like 12 points iirc

Could have swore we sent them down last season mind.

Apparently not mate.

It appears that we didn't send Newcastle down, they didn't spend £50 million and Benitez 'arrived too late' despite having them above Sunderland .........

........ they'll be saying that horse was actually self harming next

 RTG Cliche bingo!

Just one of those games last night, totally dominant didn't get the rub of the green for a couple of decisions, couple of players had off-days and Benitez should have made changes earlier. But we battered them and on another day would have won at a canter. Glad that it made your collective Bank Holiday though.

Back in the real world, Newcastle now have 2 of 3 games away including Brighton ......... they're n poor form so who knows?

Hang on

I thought the season was over and the mags were promoted, won the league cup, qualified for the europa league ,looking forward to champions league footy and Raffa's cock was in Madame Tussaudes ?

If they dont manage to get back up, do you think the media will stop treating them like they're still a Prem club/far bigger than the division?
I don't remember all this focus on Leeds when they went down and they had achieved far more than the Mags in living memory...

I've only highlighted the blatant clichés in your post ...... the rest is fine

I'd love to mate but the Mags have airbrushed it from history ......
........ along with the rules of the Fair's Cup, the hounding out of Robson and the Ashley death threats

brought back memories of Graham Fenton this weekend .

Just a quick point, one of the cliches you throw about with gay abandon is that no Newcastle fan will criticise Benitez, right?

 Bless your heart, you're awfully smug today aren't you?
