They'll be fine. Teams around them don't make the most of their slip ups, sadly.

This, sadly. Reading and Leeds are 3rd and 4th at the moment and I don't even fancy either to be in the play offs at the end of the season. There's too many inconsistent teams in the Championship... look at Forest only 4pts off the play offs but only 6 off relegation.

A shame Norwich's arses have fallen off in the last month because they were the genuine threat. Since they played the Mags at SJP and conceded those 2 late goals to turn a win into a loss there has been a total switch in momentum.

They are too good for that league atm but if anything should happen to Gayle their arses might start nipping, as has been said though the teams who would rival them just aren't good enough or consistent enough to trouble them, I just pray they finish 3rd and fuck up in the playoffs!

Would they be in serious financial trouble? Would Ashley would plug the huge black hole?
There would be a huge drop in parachute payments and no internationals like Sissoko or Wijnaldum to bridge the gap to the Premier League money.

I imagine they'd certainly breach the stringent Football League FFP rules anyway by having the likes of Shelvey on 80k p/w. Interesting times ahead if they cock it up.

What you mean if they fuck up

Who gives a fuck?
I'm torn between wanting them up to guarantee us between 4 and 6 points a season and wanting them to plummet into League 1, which is where they were headed in the natural order of things before Sir John f***ing Hall, the Premier League and sky stepped in.

Didn't seem to bother QPR when they reached them

It would actually be funnier than their relegation tbh, sadly won't happen, Rafa has bought enough players for that league that they could field 2 teams and finish first and second.

i dont think that they will, but it would be funny. I wonder if Rafa would still be the messiah then?
