I take your word for it mate as I have not been there to judge for myself. However, this arguement is never won nor lost with my mag mates so fuck knows how it would go with other supporters.

I don't care mate ..... I'm not arguing, just posting an honest opinion.

That's your good self and @TerrysChippie then

We're the same poster mate ...... 'like junkies' desperate for any human contact

I just took a look at my 'likes' because of your post.

Turns out I have more likes than posts ..... over 18,000

Really? i got the impression half this board cant stand you :lol: just an outsiders observation like.

Reckon most clubs could say what you have just said like.
This.
The SOL on its day can no doubt be a match for most grounds but in general I don't think it's any better or any worse than anywhere else to be honest. Like you say every set of supporters up and down the country will be claiming they're the best, most loyal, atmospheric etc. Fans of the club they are claiming to be the best don't really make for the most objective of opinions really.

Chelsea last game of the season when we sent the skunks down was pretty special anarl.
Remember the Chelsea fans bowing to us as we went mental in the swc - lost the match and the mags won relegation , but the atmosphere to me was pretty special

In defence of every supporter in the land who says this, it's only right they think this way to be honest.

Good post but totally ignoring what I said in the OP.

There are quite a few clubs who's supporters would never claim to be the best and openly say so.

Arsenal supporters are probably at the top of the tree for complaining about their own support.

What you're saying is that when the chips are down nobody can match us which is your opinion but fans up and down country will think the same. I was at stoke a few year back (1-0 loss under Keane) and I actually thought they were really loud. Even my old man who's been travelling up and down country since late 40s early 50s was impressed with racket they made.

I bet @Reiver its not that much...oh hang on, bet @Sima

Scrap that

Sima vanished until 2.30am, on the morning of the game, at which point I'd gone to bed.

I'd given him, on this board, until midnight to post his bank details to the 3rd party who'd agreed to act as a go between. I'd already sent mine.

It's all there on that thread ..... he claimed he'd 'fallen asleep'.
