Bit daft to release it when they have like, I actually really fancy giving it a go but I've just bought COD and Battlefield the last few weeks so can't justify it, even if I did buy it I might be on something else. Might get it as a Christmas game like.

It needs supporting. People forget that the respawn team are the ones that made modern warfare. The mechanics of the game are spot on. The movement is just superb.
 
Holy fuuck !!!! , I had no idea this multiplayer was gonna be this good man :)
And to think I nearly gave in and bought COD, I'm completely blown away by this tbh.
My first match I played attrition and got 2 kills:), second game of attrition 11 kills and 4 titan kills:cool:
It just feels so right, can't put my finger on why, but after just a couple of games it's second nature, I'm gonna be playing this for a long, long time.
I might even start the campaign, If I can tear myself away from the multiplayer

The campaign is fantastic

I know, I loved the first one and this seems to be an improvement as well as having a proper campaign. Main reason I haven't bought it is because most people I know weren't getting it. I'll get it at some point. Wish there was an EA access trial for it
 
Decent video today by Jim Sterling basically describing how EA have shot themselves in the foot with this one.

I agree the multiplayer has such a good feel to it, my only gripe is I wish the maps were a bit bigger for the titans I don't mind the choke points, what does annoy me is getting stuck by a friendly titan etc
 
I've played it today for the first time, gave it a decent 4 hour session and really impressed with it.

I enjoyed the first one but they seem to have taken the original idea to a higher quality game.

I'm shite with the titans mind so prefering pilot v pilot at the minute.

The only thing I'd criticis is the map rotation.

In all the time I played it today there were two maps cropped up at the end I'd never seen before whereas some others had been on every other game.

My problems with the titan at first were........ I just didn't understand the different weapons. Anyway I've now setteled on Tone.
At first I was mashing d-pad down for the missile salvo, but now that I've realized you need to play canny in order for it to build up, I'm smashing everyone to fuck (well at least one a match) and loving it.
I don't think Ive ever played a game where you feel more in control of whats happening, It's just buttery smooth and the gun play is the best i've ever experienced.
Me, my Flatline and Tone are a hell of a team :cool:
Brilliant, brilliant game.
