I am trying to do the 92 and have realised that even though I have only done 70 of the current 92, I have already seen a game at 92 football league grounds past or present. I have done 16 grounds that have been demolished and 6 that are still in use.

Question is, have I missed any ex Football League grounds that are still in use?

The ones I can think of are (Been to the ones in bold);

Darlington Arena - Darlington
Victoria Road - Dagenham and Redbridge
Sincil Bank - Lincoln City
Prenton Park - Tranmere Rovers
Holker Street - Barrow
Moss Rose - Macclesfield Town
Recreation Ground - Aldershot
Deva Stadium - Chester City
The Racecourse - Wrexham
Plainmoor - Torquay United
Bootham Crescent - York City
Haig Avenue - Southport
The Shay - Halifax Town
Edgeley Park - Stockport County
Derwent Park - Workington Town

Must be the odd one I have missed?

Bristol rovers. They have played at twerton park. They might have played at others too.

Tranmere? I was at that game, 2-0 I think we packed the stands and more around the ground. Yes it's still there.

They did but that has long since been demolished it was all over the news for a while about it getting flattened as Jess Ennis-Hill used it to train

Still going to be a stadium there though as part of the Olympic Legacy Park, they're going to play Rugby League there.

Ashington asda (beware of a couple of trolls there mind) the site of ashingtons old ground which played league football there
 
You could go and watch Bradford College Cricket Academy, they play at Bradford Park Avenue's original ground at Horton Park Avenue. There's still the perimeter wall and an old terrace there.

EDIT: Are we talking strictly grounds that are still used for football here?

Peel Croft, Burton. League footy there all the way back at the turn of the century, rugby played there now.

The Northolme, Gainsbrough Trinity

North Road, Glossop (only cricket now)

The Shay, Halifax

Penydarren Park, Merthyr Tydfil

Millmoor, Rotherham (it's still there, dunno what's going on with it atm like)

Don Valley Stadium, Sheffield (Rotherham again, played there a few years before their new ground was built)

Clifton Lane, Rotherham Town (again!, now just rugby and a bit of cricket there)

Nene Park, Rushden & Diamonds

Bower Field, Stalybridge Celtic

Borough Park, Workington

Bootham Crescent, York

I might be missing the point of the thread but would the Oval not count? It held FA Cup Finals iirc.
 
This Saturday sees a massive game at Mariners Park as South Shields entertain Marske United in the FA Vase 2nd round. The game promises to be an entertaining encounter as both teams are playing well in the Northern League 1st Division, sitting 2nd and 5th respectively.

The Mariners will be hoping for revenge after Marske knocked them out of the FA Cup at the GER stadium back in August, winning 3-1. South Shields will also be desperate to get back to winning ways after losing the Tyne Derby at the weekend in front of an astonishing 2651 spectators. Marske on the other hand will be in good spirits after winning at Sunderland RCA 4-2.

I think this will be a difficult game for the Sanddancers. Marske like to sit deep and won't be scared to soak up all the pressure and hope to catch Shields on the counter attack. I will be going for a 1-0 South Shields victory with Julio Arca scoring. As usual to all supporters travelling to the game I hope you have a great day and hopefully the lads can get the win! Up The Mariners!
 
Me +3 and possibly a 4th will be attending.

Will be nice to see the park packed again with it being the international break.

2-0 home win. Cark Finnigan to make up for a frustrating performance on Saturday with a brace
