Remember how we relegated the mags?

They can't help themselves, just like they credit the play off defeat with their success under Keegan, when I always thought it was buying loads of top players and getting into debt.
It's beyond their ken to imagine anything else.
For all we know if they had won the play offs and gone up, Keegan could have come in and with the head start went on to win everything in the game.
Or if Rafa hadn't been shit and kept them up that he could have gone out and bought Premier quality players instead of filling the squad with Championship quality ones this summer.

No-one knows, but they can't bear to lose out to us, so that they need...that's it...need to make out it was for the best. All ego driven.

Yes he did.

Dead rubber against the team going for second place? Give over man.
Sam's PPG from January 1st (the previous poster wishes Rafa was in from January so I can only assume he means 1st) 1.42. Rafa's PPG 1.3. Sam was out performing Rafa and Sunderland were outperforming Newcastle. So back to my original point, there is nothing to suggest Rafa would have kept you up if he'd arrived in January.

Thats odd mind as the mags think Allardyce did a shit job at our place.

We would have finished with 42 points, level but with a better goal difference than Bournemouth.

Interesting when you compare their first 10 games, and of course Allardyce had a transfer window to bring players in.....and it was ultimately the players you brought in who kept you up.

I think TCA did a cracking job for you myself by the way.

Typo or Mag nickname?

Mag nickname in certain quarters. I couldn't stand the c*** long before he rocked up at our place, or indeed yours.

I was like that with Bruce like but Allardyce did a good job for us in his limited time here and was unfairly sacked by your lot. Doesn't make much difference now like as you are in the Championship and all mags stink

Its still in our hands after sunderland dropped points

Nah they beat chelsea

Oh, well its still in our hands

Okay block heed

No one told him they got relegated. It's the only reason he stayed and he thinks they're currently top of the Premier League.
