When he was on song he was a joy to watch. That Villa team played some great stuff. I remember that night they came to Roker in the cup they were all signing autographs under the main stand and Ron Atkinson was there for ages.
Always wondered why Dalian's future seem to go downhill after his move to Spain. RIP fella.

The stats are controversial. I've seen the one in 10 figure, I've also seen 1 in 3. The police have also been accused of fudging the figures because certain types of death in custody aren't counted if the person wasn't formally under arrest.

Of the people who died in police custody, 24% of black and minority ethnic people who died were found by investigation to have died because of police action. The equivalent stat for white people is 4%. Non white people are more likely to be restrained than white people.
 
I imagine so. Just seen a bloke tasered. Probably doesn't see that every day.

Yeah, because anyone who suggests that potentially lethal action might require any sort of procedural review just wants group hugs.

Non white people are more likely to be restrained? I calling bullshit there because as far as I know, every constabulary in the Country advocates handcuffing ( restraining) any detained person whatsoever. To go against that advice would be very silly.
