If townsend goes, that is a big blow. Quick, direct and creative.
Ritchie is most definitely a good player, but not as good as townsend.
Just need more dumbing down so that the mags win the league by only a few points instead of 15/20 that looks likely as things stand at present.

It's horrendous. Totally representative of and sums up what I've seen from that fanzine...er...sorry, I mean paper though. Even on the 'official' poll on their site as to how people feel about the move, one of the options is 'He'll get PARDEWED'. :oops: I really do think that rag's got a lot to answer for in the way a lot of Newcastle fans are and carry on.

If I remember rightly, he got the job and you lot were 1 point from safety with 2 games in hand and 4 of the bottom 5 to play (yourselves being the 5th). You lot finished 2 points from safety.

How that makes Rafa anything other than a catastrophic failure is beyond me.

I've asked a few, if Pearson had got the exact same results and the exact same outcome would they be fawning over him and laying the red carpet out for him like they have done for Rafa. None of been able to answer

I can't decide if I would like Rafa to go next causing complete meltdown, or stay and guide them to 9th in the table after 3 months of the season.

Either would be hysterical

I must admit I'm torn too, mind if their reaction to #stayandros going is anything to go by can you imagine what it would be if Rafa went.
