He was shite for us and touting for the job whilst doin nowt to make us play better on the pitch. The crowd management shite made me bowk. We neartly got relegated with him in the side, remember being at Notts County waiting for the Cambridge result. As amanager he was ranik , Phil Gray was canny but I think that was it. He's welcometo mock the skunks like

I get pleasure and joy at seeing my own club do well, don't get that much joy seeing another club not doing so well, unless we actually playing that club in a game.

Other people like you might see pleasure at another club not doing so well,up to you, don't see the need to call you names for that as that is your opinion and up to you.

I am not banter is great, was just giving opinion that it is bit of overkill now as op said.
I notice that you don't actually name which club is your club ....

Odd that, ha ha ...

Butcher is a rabble rousing arsehole. Here and elsewhere he strikes what he thinks is the popular note and belts it out.

This is a man who at one time in Scotland ran a pub offering dinner at £16-90 exactly. (1690 is the date of The Battle of the Boyne for those who are mercifully not acquainted with the history). This from a man who was brought up in Suffolk for heaven's sake.

That's a bit tenuous unless you have something else to back it up, tbh.

Well no photos or nowt. But I worked a lot at the time with lads from Glasgow and this thing was often mentioned. The irony was that those of both "persuasions" used to laugh at the fact that anyone, never mind someone such as Butcher would be so openly idiotic.

As said elsewhere here, a seriously good centre half. And that's it.

You're part of the problem ....... why not find a solution?
I'm not part of the problem and Ive already found the solution. Ive barely been on here since we stayed up which is a shame but I'm just waiting for the mag shite to die off.

Isn't it true he got rid of Anton Rogan who was a belting centre half cause Antin was a catholic

They all loved it at the time :)
No they didn't

To be fair there isn't a lot else to talk about while we are in the limbo stage of one season ending and nothing in terms of next season happening. So in the meanwhile we are just happily filling the time in having a laugh at our rivals who were relegated

I already know all of that. Hence me looking forward to it all dying down.
