Not when you've just had a season spending like they have.

It will hit them massively losing that extra revenue, even more so should they not come straight back up.

On top of the parachute payments, they will be losing a lot of money through advertising as no-way will Wonga (or whoever their sponsor is now) be paying premiership prices, when no-one is going to see their shirts unless they're sleep walking on a Saturday night and the football league show is on.
