All those years when they were utter dross while we racked up over 100 games in Europe and almost won the title. When they didn’t win a league derby for 18 years. When they went down with a record low points total.
All f***ing MOST hahahahahahahahaha tossers.

Don't you just love the way they totally forget the reasons why our hatred/intense dislike of them began ?

Most of the way through our history together there has been big rivalry but in the main, not daft stuff. Good banter etc but that changed with the skinhead era of late 60s/early 70s, and things turned nasty.

In the 70s there was very little chanting about them. It was virtually all Safc songs.

Then came the 80s. After taking a few seasons to get back to div 1 to resume the rivalry, the mag daft lads put on a show in the FE and then the lowest point in 87, when 300 came thru to dance on our graves v Gillingham. Without doubt, that inflamed the rivalry on our side.

The early/ mid 90s saw their rebirth under Hall and as we sank to new depths of mediocrity, they had their best period since the three cup wins of the 50s decade(but still won nowt). And boy oh boy, did they laud it. Remember the " Sunderland aren't our true rivals anymore, man utd are" claim in the Sunday Sun ??
'Let's all laugh at safc' mag fanzines when we went down in 03 and 06, relegation party in 97, loads of references to us about our lack of Euro involvement etc etc.

The mags can dish it out but can't take it. A massive amount are truly cretinous, obnoxious, arrogant, deluded human beings with very very selective memories.

The shit being dished out is no more than they deserve.

"Their obsession will go on. It won’t ever go away. They remain deeply jealous of Newcastle the city".

Is anyone on here jealous of Newcastle the city? I can hop on a metro and be there within half an hour and I have the benefit of not living amongst Geordies. Sounds like a win/win to me.
Has nowt to do with the city. Newcastle is a fantastic city. The club however is scummy as fuck

"In the last Civil war in the UK they took the opposite side. They always do. It's to be expected from a bunch of inbreds.

"We fought for King and country, they didn't."

WTF??? Someone needs to check their history.
Doesn't that just emphasise how f***ing thick they are with a comment like that ??

5-1 is all they have left now - ah the pathos. How the 'mighty' fall

You'd think they might mention all those seasons they actually finished above us recently, but they don't because they spent that whole time trying to force out the manager who achieved that. They wanted him to be replaced by a new manager who would lead them to where they truly belong. Which is what happened.

Didn't they have a "man city day" when we got to the cup final. Or have they air brushed that out.

He spends half the article banging on how they took the piss out of us for years, yet complains about us doing it back. Toys out of pram big time.

He also looks like an utter cock
I'd like to say it's unbelievable, but it's not. It's what they do.
The funniest thing for me is them thinking we talk funny.
Jawdees thinking anyone else "talking funny" is just the daftest thing of all

The flyover isn't my sort of thing but I get a kick out of The Mags out there that quickly forget they went down to Villa last week and took the piss out of them without their fate in the league being sealed yet. They go on like they've never took the piss out of other fans' misery, they made TWO magazines dedicated to our 19 and 15 point seasons. We had 20 odd years of them screaming and shouting about how bigger and better they are than us, wanking themselves daft about European jaunts that they've got nothing to show for. They had a Manchester party when we got to the cup final and took the piss when we lost that, it must have riled them up that we never bit at that and just had a fantastic weekend and cup run, It's one I'll never forget as I went to every game. They can have their attendance figgaz and yewrupeeyan neets, they mean fuck all.
