Look at the clip of the mag sympathises on the comments. Makes me sick.

Strange how in the past, when they've published stuff they've taken from here, they have always named the poster. Now it's " A Sunderland fan "...no names or forum i.d.'s. I smell bullshit from the Chronic.

It's not that surprising, in the last plane thread they printed quotes and named the wrong poster.

To the fans saying "they are disgusted" and that "the full amount should be given to charity", do you ever buy anything for yourself? Clothes? Scarves for the match? Flags? Sunderland related merchandise? A car? If so, why don't you give all of that money to charity? Giving to charity is fantastic, I'd say the majority of us do, whether it's through the means of this fund or in other ways, therefore if some decide they wish to pay for a fly-by mocking our rivals (who absolutely hate us I might add), then there should be no problem. People can do whatever they wish with the money they earn and should not be made to feel bad for choosing to spend it on something which is essentially a form of enjoyment.

We're also supporting a local company who has just received free media coverage which would have likely cost them a few hundred quid if not more.

And il add if this wasn't done the charity of choice would have received nothing .

They're trying to make it a competition while not realising that any money they raise is directly because of us raising money for a banner :)

If we hadn't started this and raised some money for charity in the process they wouldn't have setup their fund in response. Brilliant.
Just keep.the powder dry. They will raise about £500. We will then have a quick whip round raise a grand in a day ,chuck it in their pot and damn their impudence

Not obsessed (that's like their new motto) :)

"Obsessed" is the worst come back though isn't it?

Lads, you're going to be sat in the stadium, last game of the season knowing you're going down. You've been beaten into submission all week by your local rivals...but alas, what's that humming noise? It's growing closer...it's a...plane? What the? It's carrying a message...auf...oh for fucks sake, fuckin Mackem bastards.

But....but......but using a plane?
Thats lower than the low....we're mocking those two lads on the "plane"

SHOCKINGLY VILE

*see if that gets in the comical.

Cheer up Alex there is still Eurovision marra ;)

Ah, thanks for reminding me. Need to take a handful of pies out of the freezer.

By the way, that link to the Chronicle article, on the right side of the page there is a link to the Sunday Sun. According to that article the plane company had to fend off death threats for three months the last time. Bit silly that.

How long before the club submits an injunction on any air traffic passing over the stadium? I can sense a petition being written as we speak.

 But it hasn't stopped them doing it again  Red and white planes as well. Good lads.

I give to charity all the time, but you can't bully or shame people into giving. That's just a pathetic tactic.
