Would echo the sentiment that I think we should seriously put some money towards new banners/flags. It takes us seconds to raise a grand to laugh at Newcastle yet we struggled over the finish line to raise some money for the Haway the Flags project. Seems odd.

It will be funny though, nowt against the idea.
Agreed

Just an idea but now that the 900 has been raised for the plane why dont i just take that from the paypal and start a gofundme for all other donations to go to as there is no urgency to get the money in for that and it allows everyone to see progress

Only thing with that is GoFundMe deduct a 5% fee from each donation you receive. If you stick with Paypal so long as people use the friends/family option you aren't charged any fees. GoFundMe is better for people to be able to check progress though.

Aye, maybe we should just produce and sell a magazine or two dedicated entirely to them instead. ...
I get the euphoria of staying up mate I really do but in a season where we finished 4th bottom and a season overshadowed by that cretinous sex offender, who tarnished our good club, I just want the season to end and not draw any attention.

I think it's more about the banter of sending the mags down, our rivals than finishing 4th bottom, we wouldn't be sending a plane over to celebrate finishing 4th bottom that's for sure. They've stuck the knife in over the years, it goes back and forth so I don't see anything wrong with it really. The most important part is we survived with £100m in the bank.
