They might be attempting to get the new manager before sacking him,.... Last time they were left with Carver after Steve turned them down.

I just hope they don't get Rafa, i think hes good enough to keep them up
 
Maybe they are trying to get him to resign without sacking him in the hope of not paying compo but oblivious to the fact it would surely be the most constructive of constructive dismissals... :lol:
