You should wait before she does seek compensation before getting angry about it, at this moment in time it's a Daily Mail article (the ever so trustworthy Daily Mail) that has reported this and has seemingly vanished that you're basing all this on.

Dont read, or even know about any newspapers

You are actually stating the word " compensation"

I was saying "her family asking for money"

People are basing opinions on the few lines that they Echo have put on their front page. The letter is about the fact that the club knew of Johnson's guilt yet still let him mingle with the fans.

I see. Still not cut and dried though, "knew of his guilt" is a bold statement.

Fair enough???

Was he not arrested on March 2nd and this information is directly linked to that ?
That's the point he was arrested on March 2nd, the date the officer under oath said he'd gone to the club and told them of the arrest. He hadn't even been interviewed then so there's no way they could have given any detail of the interview.

When did it become a fact .......... I thought that wasn't until he was actually found guilty.

Aye, I think I saw that mate. Funny how one man freaked out and the other coped. IIRC you're north of the border? - always a lot of common sense from the borders up over ;)
We just expect it to all go wrong even if we don't know why, explains why a fellow Ayrshireman founded this club

Of course I bloody am. I know loads of people on here, I am involved within the community and help loads out with Sunderland related matters.

I want the person who was privy to such information to accept they made a gross error in judgement to resign. That is exactly what I want. The allegations and information she has access to, should not have meant that I could or should have the opportunity to cheer a sex offender. Her, pathetic lack of judgement, meant that I did.

People may call that false outrag. I don't think it is, enough know me on here and what I stand for; it's totally unacceptable.
I'm not sure about false outrag but I'd certainly call it false outrage. Taking the word of a noted liar or his brief over the word of the club for me smacks of a desperation to be outraged. Not just you but quite a few of our so called supporters who without any proof that the club have acted badly are on this thread to put the boot in. Based on nothing but conjecture of course, no hard evidence but hey who gives a fuck about proof.
